CT Challenge Yin Yoga Class

Yin Yoga is a relaxing, prop-supported practice of deep release within the hips, pelvis, and back.  Postures may be held for 2-10 minutes.  The prop support allows muscles to relax, deepening the stretch to stimulate the body's connective tissue and helping to find greater flexibility within the ligaments and joints of the body.
