Annual Symposium
The Connecticut Challenge sponsors an annual symposium for health care professionals.
Save the date: September 30, 2010 for our Annual Symposium. A complete agenda will be available in June.
In 2009, the symposium hosted and produced by Yale Cancer Center, focused on "Creating an Outstanding Survivorship Program".
The accompanying manual, Creating A Cancer Survivorship Program, was edited by Kenneth Miller, M.D. and published by the Connecticut Challenge.

Dr. Miller is a member of the Connecticut Challenge Survivorship Network's Medical Advisory Board, Director of the Lance Armstrong Foundation Adult Survivorship Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
